Account information (name, email, role), health check-in data (mood, sleep, pain, symptoms), and usage analytics. We do not collect location data or sell personal information.

How We Protect Your Data

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Health data is stored in HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. We never share individual health data with third parties or advertisers.

Youth Privacy (COPPA)

Athletes under 13 require parental consent. We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental authorization.
